It is with great pride that we announce the appointment of Fabio Marasi, President and CEO of Walvoil, as Chief Executive Officer of the mother company Interpump Group Spa.

Appointment made official on the occasion of the Shareholders' Meeting, which was held on Friday 28 April 2023.

On Friday 28, in addition to the approval of the 2022 financial statements, the new Board of Directors was appointed, which confirmed Dr. Fulvio Montipò as Executive Chairman.

Fabio Marasi will maintain his role in Walvoil and will continue in the day-to-day business as before.
